Greetings from all of us at Spokane Valley Summer Theatre! We cannot thank you enough for your ongoing support during the pandemic. Your patience, loyalty and trust in SVST has helped us weather the storm. And to those of you who carried over your 2020 tickets to the 2021 season, donated the cost of tickets back to the theatre or made additional donations this season, we are eternally grateful!

True to our word, SVST is committed to restoring live professional performing arts in the Spokane region, Unfortunately, we will not be able to perform at the Central Valley Performing Arts Center (CVHS) due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.

However, SVST will be offering a revised season in cooperation with the City of Spokane Valley and CenterPlace Event Facility at their brand new, beautiful West Lawn Plaza (2426 N. Discovery Place, Spokane Valley, WA 99216). This outdoor performance space allows for live orchestras and performances with audience seating on three sides of the stage. All patrons will have a great view of the show, while still accommodating state-mandated social distancing and CDC guidelines in accordance to our state phase reopening structure.

The 2021 SVST Season Lineup includes:

The story focuses on Laura's journey as she grows from a child into a woman who remains true to herself and embraces the future. Presented outdoors, this new family musical will move, inspire and enrich audiences of all ages to embrace the pioneer spirit together!

Emceed by the fabulous comedic duo of Doug Dawson and Marnie Rorholm.

For the three summer shows, SVST will provide seating, both folding and camp-style chairs, through a generous grant provided by Spokane Arts. New this year, wine and beer will be offered in addition to our regular concessions. The West Lawn Plaza includes brand new, individual restrooms, and ample free parking, including easy access drop off points to both the north and south of the venue (including convenient drop-off for handicapped patrons).

As an outdoor venue, there are some shaded areas, and during evening performances the sun will be setting during the performance, so please plan accordingly. (In the case of inclement weather, SVST will move tickets to another performance. If inclement weather occurs on the final performance day, SVST will be happy to convert your ticket to a voucher for another upcoming 2021 SVST production.) We will be filming a video of the space and emailing it out to everyone so you’ll know what to expect of the experience.

Within the next two weeks (before May 1st), you will receive an email from our ticketing system containing a unique PASS CODE which you may then redeem for tickets either online through our website or through the Box Office (via email or phone).

  • Little House on the Prairie - The Musical: if you already had tickets for Little House - The Musical, those tickets have been transferred to our new dates and location on the corresponding performance. (For example, if you had tickets scheduled for Opening Night, Friday, June 18, they were moved to Opening Night, Friday, July 23. If you had tickets for the first Sunday matinee, your tickets are now on Sun, July 25.) You will receive an email containing your Little House tickets with the new date. Of course, you are always welcome to login into your SVST account via our website and change your Little House tickets (to a different date, etc). We are also happy to help you via email or phone.
