SVST Camp Directors

Austin Burrowes is a CVHS alum and a classically trained actor at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York. He has taken part in multiple aspects of SVST throughout the years and continues to enjoy working with the conservatory program, both teaching and learning from the students. He is in the works of constructing a small New York based theatre company with some of his fellow Adler Alumni and is grateful for the opportunity to return to Spokane during the summer and be a part of the SVST family and the community it has created.

Emma Larson is a graduate of CVHS and currently living in NYC. She is taking private lessons geared towards musical theatre and nannying kiddos in her spare time, her favorite thing to do! You may have seen Emma on the SVST stage last year as Sophie in Mamma Mia! She has been with SVST since their inaugural season and loving every minute. She has directed SVST summer camps with Austin Burrowes for the last 3 years as well. Emma is so excited to return to Spokane Valley Summer theatre for their 5th year, and the amazing community that continues to grow!

Jennifer Tindall is a Spokane native, now is studying musical theatre in New York City. She spent three years studying theatre at SFCC, and now attends The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. She has been involved in shows at SVST for two years now including: Into the Woods (Cinderella), The Sound of Music (Maria), and Mamma Mia! (Ensemble). She has also performed in and directed multiple shows in the community including: Les Misérables (Director), Beauty and the Beast (Belle), Bonnie and Clyde (Bonnie Parker), Shrek the Musical (Princess Fiona), Shakespeare in Love (Viola), Tarzan (Director), and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Narrator).  She has taught theatre camps at other organizations around the community and is excited to join the staff at SVST.  She is looking forward to passing on her love of theatre to our campers and helping them bring these fun, magical, and imaginative stories to life.

Haliey Weber is a Washington State native, holds a Bachelors in Theatre, and a Masters in Education. Haliey and her husband live in Cheney with their Siberian husky, Piper. Important to note: her favorite food group is ice cream. Her dream job, and ultimate goal in life is to be a Director of Theatre at a high school. Haliey’s love for theatre began when she was fifteen years old and was in the ensemble for Bye, Bye, Birdie. She fell in love with the ability to create and play. Since then, Haliey has performed in over 30+ productions with her favorite productions being (in no particular order): The Sound of Music, Love Labour’s Lost the Musical, Fuddy Meers, and Always, Patsy Cline. When Haliey isn’t performing, she loves to foster the same adoration, devotion, passion, and discipline for the performing arts within younger generations.
